Midway Baptist Music Ministry
Our music ministry is based on one primary concept: providing ongoing opportunities for the church which meets at Midway to worship and glorify our one and only God. For that to occur, we recognize that His precious gift to us, Jesus, is our only way to the Father and we are forever changed by trusting in Him. From that acknowledgement flows joy, honor, praise, and worship. How can I keep from singing??
We are forever mindful that God gives writers the lyrics to beautiful songs- old and new, whether through scripture, through sermons, or through other inspiring thoughts. Our prayer for you is this:
Out in the highways and byways of life,
many are weary and sad;
Carry the sunshine where darkness is rife
making the sorrowing glad.
Tell the sweet story of Christ and His love;
Tell of His pow'r to forgive;
Others will trust Him if only you prove

Rehearsal times:
Fellowship Choir (Senior Adult): 5:00 1st and 3rd Wednesdays
Worship Choir: 6:00 Wednesday
Preschool Choir: 7:00 Wednesday
Children's Choir: 7:00 Wednesday
Student Choir: 4:00 Sundays (during the school year)
We welcome anyone who would like to participate in our choirs. As worship leaders, we appreciate that God has gifted everyone with talents. If God has given you the gift of music, you possess the responsibility to use it for His glory. We welcome you to do it through the Midway music ministry.
